For Capital Markets Services Licensees looking to appoint a new CEO or Director, or make changes to existing Director roles:

- Fund management companies, please use “ Appointment of CEO/Director – Form 11”.

- Non-fund management companies, please use “ CEO/ED/NED Appointment - Form 11”.

Starting April 2024, Mastx supports CorpPass' Third Party Entity access to Mastx. This feature allows you to authorise third party service providers to transact on behalf of your Financial Institution. For more details, please refer to the Third Party Authorisation user guide, which can be downloaded from the Mastx Resources Section.

You can now log on to Mastx to submit a one-time request to disable forms that may not be relevant to the circumstances of your FI, so that you and your colleagues do not get irrelevant reminders for them. The "Manage Reminders" icon can be found in the dropdown menu under your profile. Please refer to the Mastx FAQs - Q8 and Q9 of the "Upcoming Tasks" section - for more details.
